Should Milwaukee spend $300 million for a bus?

The big talk in Milwaukee is the way local elected officials are pushing through the $300 million (any fool will tell you this number is way low) electric bus that has never worked in the snow. Should these elected officials push it through or should, as Sykes & Wagner have started asking for, we put this to a referendum to see if the voters think that this $23 million per mile electric bus is worth spending our tax dollars on?
