As for the issue of shooting feral cats, it really needs to be done. As a pet owner, I don't know that I would want to drop a cap on Sylvester, but these are not your normal lap cat we are talking about, they are very efficient predators that kill a lot of native birds and animals.

What I really wanted to point out in this story is the fact that you must present a photo ID to vote in the Conservation Congress, the group of citizens that votes on these issues.
