Racine County Exec Bill McReynolds has an announcement scheduled at 4pm this afternoon.

My sources tell me McReynolds will run for Cathy Stepp's seat in the State Senate.

State Rep Lehman is already slinging mud at McReynolds, claiming "He has the philosophy of small government, watching taxes. And the question is if that philosophy will best serve Racine County when it comes to creating jobs."

That's a bad thing?
