George Orwell had a phrase for this

I heard on WISN radio that Milwaukee Mayor Tom(empty suit)Barret wants the state to exempt city governments from the state gas tax(they are already exempt from the federal gas tax). He thinks its ok for you and I to pay the gas tax but Milwaukee cannot afford it.

"ALL THE ANIMALS ARE EQUAL BUT SOME ARE MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS"

Who knows maybe he can paint that on the side of Milwaukee City Hall.
