That's good to hear. Leaders are meant to win, and Howard (and before him Iain Duncan Smith) didn't accomplish that.

The real question is will the Tories recover. They were the dominate party of the U.K. in the 20th Century. They had PMs like Churchill to lead them.

Now, they are lost in a wilderness of their own lameness. Leaders of a shadow cabinet are not leaders.
