Fighting over Gold better than fighting over apostrophes

This Marquette Gold thing may be odd, but I think we can all thank our lucky stars we aren't Minnesotans, because they can out odd us. Take this story at the University of Minnesota. Over der in da land of dem ten-towsend lakes, dey are fighting over an apostrophe, ya. The U of M recently opened a new walkway called the Scholars Walk. Apostrophe supporters wanted it called Scholar's Walk. Quite the controversy. In fact, one board member feared that if they used the apostrophe, then the apostrophes would soon run wild on campus. Seriously.
