32cnd Brigade is Activating.

Received word on Saturday, units of the 32cnd Brigade are activating for service in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). Of course, some of you may have caught the news in the local MSM as well.

We were expecting a friend of ours to be at party we were attending and she never arrived. Later on she called to explain her husband and son were called up the day before (in addition to another event) and she did not much feel like going out.

Global Security has information on the 32cnd's makeup and history.

• Appleton (just down the road from Claudia and myself)
