Actually, I still believe Avery did not commit the rape he was convicted of. Remember, the DNA evidence pointed at another fellow who was documented to have been in the Lakeshore area at the time of the rape and was in prison serving time (at the time of Avery's exoneration) foranother rape! That said it is good to remember there are other felonies on Avery's record.
FWIW, my father grew up in Two Rivers (say it T'Rivers) and he knew of the Avery family and none of this really surprises him.
