Milwaukee finally names new Elections Commissioner

Tom Barrett has finally decided on a new leader for the Election Commission to replace the disastrous Lisa Artison. Mark Belling is reporting that tomorrow Barrett will name former police department spokesperson Captain Susan Edman to the head spot.
