Better than Cracker Jacks

Not far from the local Frito-Lay factory in Beloit, Janesville's Emma Schweigger hit the jackpot: at the bottom of a bag of potato chips, she found a Nokia cell phone with a T Mobile computer chip in it.

The down side: the phone was not packaged, and it clearly had a previous owner.
