MADISON — Special interest groups spent a record $7.1 million on Wisconsin legislative races this year, according to a report released Wednesday by a government watchdog group.The story goes on to say that this broke 2004's record of $6.6 million.
That means outside-group spending grew by 1.84% annually. What’s inflation been, again?
