Happy tax day!

This is only the second time since I've been blogging that Tax Day has fallen on a Tuesday - my regular column day.

Last time, in 2005, I wrote about why I do and don't appreciate paying taxes.

This time, I think I've figured out why we can't get out of the top ten highest taxed states. Regular readers of BBA will have a clue.
