A New Judge for Outagamie County

Outagamie County's judge Luebke is retiring from the bench. Nothing huge, WHBY reports he wants to step down to pursue an interesting opportunity:
Outagamie County Circuit Judge Dennis Luebke, a Neenah native, is leaving the bench to become a judge for the United Nations Mission in Kosovo.
