National Police Week
May 15th is National Peace Officers Memorial Day, and May 13-18 is National Police Week. This is a time set aside by President Kennedy to honor our nations fallen law enforcement officers.

This week, if you have the opportunity, thank an officer, they put their lives on the line for us every day. I thank God that there are people willing to do that for us. They are often unappreciated by most of the people they deal with, but the rest of us pray for them and their families each day.
