Wisconsin coverage at BBA

It has been mentioned in the comments that the BBA is a little bit more heavily oriented towards Milwaukee. This is most certainly true. I think the voter fraud scandal really started the turn towards Milwaukee news. While Milwaukee, given its media market and population, will always be a big focus of any state oriented media along with Madison, we do have contributors from across the state. I'd like to see the non-Southeast Wisconsin members contributor more news and happenings from their regions of the state. Additionally, I'd like to see more regular contributors from other parts of the state here. Right now we have representatives from the Milwaukee, Madison, Fox Valley, Hudson, Manitowoc/Sheboygan, and Chippewa Valley areas. I'd like to see more a little more localized discussion here. After all, things like the Chippewa Falls fountain story can transcend local news and become issues of statewide interest if we just pick up on them and publish them on our own sites as well as the Badger Blog Alliance. I'd also like to see some bloggers from the Coulee region, Green Bay, far Southwest Wisconsin, Northeast Wisconsin, and Northwest Wisconsin step up to the plate as future members of the BBA to give us a greater statewide presence here.

Anyone is free to make recommendations either in the post comments or to me directly at ojibway7rj@gmail.com. Also, if you have some history at your own blog and would like to be a regular contributor here at the BBA, you are more than welcome to contact me.
