Race in Milwaukee

Reuters has an interesting article on race in Milwaukee in advance of the NAACP convention in Milwaukee. It has a Cosbey-esque feel to it, and I am going to post it without comment other than that when Bill Cosby spoke, maybe a few people did listen.
