I think Mark Smith is an idiot. A well-intentioned idiot, but an idiot nevertheless. He was dumb enough to think cat lovers would think rationally and agree with him that feral cats are a nuisance. Now, because of a pathetic national media people across the country think Wisconsinites are cat-hunting goofballs. Thanks for nothing, Mark.
