Re: shooting cats

It all got started because some professor did a study that said feral cats are killing all the song birds, and letting people shoot the cats would alleviate that. I doubt any legislator is going to let him/herself in for the hassle of introducing a bill on account of that.

UPDATE - nope, it was some guy from La Crosse (second item), citing a study done at UW-La Crosse in 1996.
