State tax greed knows no bounds (or borders)

I'm going to make this real simple for some people out there that need things boiled down to their basics. If you want Wisconsin state government awash in big tax revenues from "big oil," then encourage your state government to become more business friendly. Then encourage them to start luring coporate headquarters to Wisconsin, including those of "big oil." Until then, spare me the stupid articles whining about how little tax revenue Wisconsin gets from oil companies. It's like complaining that Wisconsin doesn't get Warren Buffet's state income tax revenue.
