McGee considered murder

Wow, Michael McGee seems to have considered murdering someone, they settled for just beating them. Now we know why police moved in when they did.

Milwaukee Ald. Michael McGee and two other men discussed killing a man and settled on a "beat down," said District Attorney John Chisholm said in court today.

McGee's attorney, Glen Givens, said prosecutors are confused about street language and at worst the trio were guilty of planning a battery, which is a misdemeanor.

It was not revealed who the intended victim was, but it was over an alleged burglary.

At one point, the men talk about "peeling back his wig" and "sew his cap together," Chisholm said.

The judge allowed the case to move forward but refused to unseal the complaint, pending a preliminary hearing.
