A Baraboo man will face a judge next week after he was arrested for his sixth drunken driving offense - this time on a lawnmower. (snip)
(Baraboo Police Lt. Rob) Sinden said Wisconsin law forbids driving any motor vehicle on public roads while intoxicated. This includes all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles, he said, in addition to riding lawnmowers. (snip)

(Spring Green police chief Kevin) Wilkins said drivers can't be cited on their own property. However, once they enter a public road on a motorized vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or above, he said they could face charges.
