CTU Should be Investigated

Can we put operations at CTU on hold until we complete investigations as to their effectiveness?

I've been watching the fourth season of 24 on DVD because I can't stand watching this show on TV. It has occurred to me that the staff at CTU is a bunch of cry babies who allow their personal politics to get in the way of their job. Is this the kind of organization we want protecting us from terrorism? I doubt it.

And, what's up with the director's chair in that place? Has somebody embedded something in the seat, because whoever occupies it seems to have a serious stick up their... Ahem...

Shut the place down and start handing out the pink slips. We're safer without these people running the show.
