Keeping an eye on the vote in Racine, as well

Stranded on Blue Islands is covering the voter fraud story in Milwaukee, and he makes this additional claim:

According to a copy of an e-mail I received: Racine County GOP Chairman Lou D'Abbraccio has been requesting election records from Racine City Clerk Carolyn Moskonas with less than acceptable results. Should he succeed his intent is to:

* Cross check of voter records against death records
* Cross check of voter records against real estate transactions
* Cross check against felon list
* Mailings to newly registered voters, and/or check against a validation database, like ChoicePoint.

This is a bit of a tough one to verify without actually seeing the email, but Racine is another area of Wisconsin worth watching as events in Milwaukee unfold.
