Today I was driving home listening to Rush and damn near drove into a ditch because I was laughing so hard. What was I laughing at you ask
This "Earth Hour 2009" It never ceases to amaze me how gullible and stupid the people on the left are.
So all these morons are going to turn their lights off for an hour and then tell themselves they are saving the planet(one that does not need to be saved in reality)
Rush is right on this one we need to fight back against stupidity like this.
So I got on the phone to Jib and we had the following conversation.
Chris: What the Hell happened to the BBA, I used to know? Where's the spirit? Where's the guts, huh? This could be the greatest Hour of our lives, but you're gonna let it be the worst. "Ooh, we're afraid to go with you Chris, we might get in trouble." Well just kiss my ass from now on! Not me! I'm not gonna take this. Edward Norton, he's a dead man! Green Peace, dead! Earth Hour founders...
Jib: Dead! Chris is right. Psychotic, but absolutely right. We gotta take these bastards. Now we could do it with conventional weapons that could take years and cost millions of lives. No, I think we have to go all out. I think that this situation absolutely requires a really futile and stupid gesture be done on somebody's part.
Chris: We're just the guys to do it.
Tee Bee: Let's do it.
Chris: *Let’s do it*!
Our Futile and Stupid Gesture is an obvious one at 8:30pm local time Saturday turn every fraking light on that you can. I still have some of my Xmas lights hung up and I intend to go all Widgerson and even turn them on for that hour. Hell I might even fire up my Generator for the hour it needs to be turn over every so often right.
Stupid group hugs like this just show you how stupid and feelings based Liberalism/Socialism is when it comes to their Green Religion/Climate Change Cult.
These people will sit the dark for and hour Saturday night thinking they are solving a problem that does not even exists, then what will most of them do around the world go out to the local Disco or Dance club that uses more electricty in an hour than they use in a month and party all night telling themselves they are special because they care.
Actually when it comes to sitting in the dark most of these fools on the left will feel right at home I swear they spend most of their lives in the dark. ;)
The Cult of Climate Change is evil and must be fought these people are as nuts as the folks were down in Jones town and they will not be happy till we are all living like it was the 1700's again.
So lets have some fun come 8:30pm local Saturday night and turn on a light for common sense.
