That's what the Club for Growth is calling it - or maybe it was Sen. DeMint who coined the phrase.
Anyway, today's the day the Democrats' ban on shale oil and offshore drilling expire.
Expired! It's expired! Like an old coupon you found in your pocket and took in anyway and the pimply teenaged clerk tore up and threw back in your face!

Sen. Jim DeMint (R-SC) has a bill called the Drill Now Act, that will "permanently open offshore drilling and oil shale, expedite the leasing process to allow drilling to begin as early as 2009, ensure state revenue sharing, and stop frivolous lawsuits that delay energy production." Let's get behind that sucker.
