Poor ethanol timing

Talk about your bad timing. The Wisconsin legislature is taking up an ethanol mandate at the exact same time that the country is facing demand that outstrips supply. That means more expensive ethanol, which means more expensive gasoline. Wonderful timing, ladies and gentlemen. That should earn you some votes. (/sarcasm)
