Construction update

Internet Explorer users, I have good news. The BBA should now display correctly for you. I apologize for how long it hasn't been displaying correctly, but I was not fully aware of the problem. Lance had mentioned something, but I thought it was unique to his machine because I had tested things out on IE, Firefox, and Netscape.
