Is it Blog Day In WI Dept of Admin?

Is today the day the Wisconsin Department of Administration combs the blogs?

According to my Sitemeter I am getting many visits today from "State of WI Dept. of Administration". As of this moment I have nine visits from this department.

None are direct visits, but come from fellow BBA blogger sites (Thank You Very Much!) or from Google Searchs. I have two visits that arrived via search for "Patrick Guarasci" (Needles Guarasci from now on).

What is up? Anyone else notice this?
