More Stating of the Obvious

In tomorrow's JS, Ricardo and friends back another tax increase. This time, it's the one on beer being proposed by Madison Democrat Terese Berceau.

Their logic: This tax hasn't been raised since 1969.

And that's a bad thing? Apparently to the tax raisers it is.
